I sometimes get myself in trouble for being so overly affectionate... I found this article that I read very interesting...not that I didn't figure it out already!

Reach out and touch...A number of academic studies have found that hugging, hand-holding and other forms of TLC ease anxiety by calming areas of the brain that register alarm- and can even lower blood pressure, too.

No wonder why I am always so calm & never stressed! Go hug someone today! xoxoxoxo
